SALE OF DIMBI PROJECT – PANGEA DIAMONDFIELDS PLC

Pangea DiamondFields announced that it has entered into an agreement with a senior employee of the Company for the sale of the entire issued share capital of Dimbi Diamonds SAU, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company and the holding company of the Dimbi project in the Central African Republic.
