Mikayla’s POV “Mick, wake up.” someone tugged at my arm and I shoved me gently. I groaned and opened one eye. “Shhhhh, I’m sleeping.” Alex laughed and pulled the covers from me, revealing my bare legs and purple cotton nightie. “Mikayla Marie, now.” he demanded, still laughing a little. “Remember when I told you I missed you?” He nodded. “I take it back.” I rolled out of bed and stood up groggily. It sounded like Riley and Lily were arguing out in the living room because all I heard was, “SHUT UP! I’M TIRED!” and “MAKE ME!”. Hmmm, Lily must’ve been singing again. Sigh. I decided to shower quickly then I put on some of my favorite Victoria Secret Pink cream on. Now, about my outfit. I smiled to myself and began throwing clothes all over the place. What to wear, what to wear… I chucked a stack of t-shirts out of the way and finally made it to my sweater and/or cardigans section of my suitcase. I had an obsession with sweaters and cardigans. No, anything soft actually. I pulled out a purple racerback, button down cardigan (A/N; Kinda like that sweater thing Selena Gomez had on for the DC Games? The orange and grey stiped cardigan thing she wore when they were picking teams. Yeah, a cardigan like that.) and a pair of destroyed and paint splattered jean shorts that were made courtesy of my brother and I during our awful attempt at painting the garage in North Carolina. That after noon was awesome. Shauna couldn:t remember having so much fun in a really long time. Although something was dragging her down .she wasn:t enjoying it as much as she could have. But she didn:t say anything. That would make Becca and Ashlynn bummed too, and she wasn:t going to ruin today for them too. Instead, she just went along with it. Becca:s took them all out to find formal dresses and masks and accessories for the masquerade that was coming up in only one day. It was Friday and they had some serious shopping to do if they were going to outshine the other stars when they met the Jonas Brothers. All eyes had to be on them. Becca found a gorgeous long, flowing, blue dress that she matched with a pair of green high heels and a green mask with peacock feathers on it. Ashlynn could barely find anything her size, lengthwise. She was constantly muttering under her breath how horrible it was to be so tall that no one had the right sized dress for you. However, eventually, she found a long maroon halter dress, with which she paired black high-heeled strappies and a plain black mask. Becca and Shauna had immediately come to the conclusion that it was too plain, so Ashlynn gave in and glued a maroon feather in the corner and a few fake diamonds that she found in her art kit when they got back into the car. While in her room, Hannah loses the anklet her mother gave her. Lola helps her to try and find it, but with no luck. Finally, a maid shows the anklet to Mr. Moseby, but London snatches it, seeing it as valuable. Hannah and Lola notice that London has it, but saying that the anklet has fake diamonds, London throws it overboard. Hannah is depressed and wonders if anything else could happen. A storm blows her wig away, her hair dye attempt went wrong (her hair turned green), a rat appeared on her head, and a mirror broke. Hannah’s rehearsal went poorly, as well. Hannah tells Cody and Bailey that the concert is canceled. Miley believes the anklet is the only thing that will help her, but her father tells her that the spirit of her mother is in her heart, too. Robby gives Miley another wig and Hannah tells Cody and Bailey to come on and that they are invited to the after party. Hannah has the Hawaii concert, and all is well. Meanwhile, back in California, Jackson, Oliver and Rico open a package that belongs to Robby, and it turns out to be a bounce house, that inflates itself, getting the boys stuck to the window. Rico eventually deflates it with his fingernail. A newer instrumental that I just laid down. Not my best performance, but good enough to share the idea with others. I had trouble with the video and audio thing. A guy who is good at this told me to record the audio to a studio thingy majigader and then overlay it on the video so that the audio quality sounds better. I took a stab at that, but I am not sure if it is perfectly aligned. Also, the capture utility made the video go funky for a few seconds in one spot, but it caught up so I left it. That is a Rode NT4 that you see in the video. That guitar is a Plummer 9 Diamond (the inlays are fake diamonds). It has Macassar ebony back and sides. I have only had it for a few months, but man those have been good months . . .
